Where are your products made?
Futurerity2 is an independent London fashion accessories brand. Orders are carefully packed and shipped from the United Kingdom.

What materials are used?
Our collection includes cotton, viscose blends, silk and soft winter scarf fabrics. Please check each product listing for its specific material information.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery:
• United Kingdom: 2–3 business days
• Europe: 7–10 business days
• United States: 7–14 business days
• Other international destinations: 7–14 business days

Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Orders are sent with tracking where available. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times and customs processing are outside our control.

Do you offer free shipping?
No. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout according to your destination and order.

Is there a discount?

Can I return an item?
Returns are accepted when you contact us within 14 days of delivery and send the item back within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for return postage. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Can I cancel my order?
We do not normally accept cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order.

Do you accept custom orders?
Our products are ready-made and we do not currently accept custom orders.
